This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers and has no forms. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months and are not shared.

Some resources are loaded from third parties, which means your browser shares your IP address with them: fonts from Google Fonts, icons from Font Awesome, the map library from cdnjs (Cloudflare) and map images from the OpenStreetMap Foundation.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply and, if applicable, to prepare and perform a contract with you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering requests, or pre-contractual measures. Correspondence is kept for up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer where accounting law requires it.

Our apps

Apps published by Studio la Brame only collect the data needed for their function. Where an app has specific data practices, they are described in the app's own listing and in an app-specific section added to this page. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Processors and transfers

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Argeweb B.V., the Netherlands). We do not transfer personal data outside the EU except where a service provider offers appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@studiolabrame.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
