What to do if you have a question about your site?

As you probably know, we at Studio la Brame, are continuously looking to improve the quality level of the (online) services we deliver. In an ever changing environment like the internet this is a bare necessity that shouldn't be underestimated.
Throughout the coming months we will release a series of newsletters that evolve around different important website related topics. Via this blog we inform you on some need to know topics, best practices, guidelines and tips that we think you should keep top of mind.
Our goals
Our company is growing. We are thinking about how to handle this growth and the future of Studio la Brame in this amazing part of South West France. Our aim will be, as it has always been, to serve you as good as we can while our company grows and the demands are getting bigger.
We are trying to work in the most transparent and understandable way as we can, for all of you. Therefore, we are slightly changing our work-processes.
Every day we get many questions. About xml feeds, broken links, newsletters that need to be send out, modules that suddenly have stopped working and many other issues. We want to ask you to leave any questions regarding your website at the following new email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
This way the questions ends up directly in our new support system which makes it very easy for us to pick-up and handle your questions with the greatest care. Upon reception of your question we will assess the urgency of it and will let you know (within one working day) when we will be able to solve the issues mentioned in your mail.
Any other questions?
Of course, if you have any other questions, personal or business, you can always use our normal personal email addresses as before.
In the meantime we ask you to use the above for any general website related questions. This will help to answer all your questions and concerns in the best possible way. We will keep you posted on progress and are looking forward to work with this new system.
